We currently deliver within Mogadishu and surrounding areas. Delivery availability to other regions may be limited. Please contact us to confirm delivery to your location.

Delivery Times

  • Fresh seafood orders: Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability)
  • Frozen seafood orders: Typically within 1-3 business days
  • Bulk/wholesale orders: Delivery times will be confirmed upon order placement
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances

Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery
  • Valid identification may be required upon delivery
  • Products must be inspected and accepted at the time of delivery
  • Proper storage facilities must be available for frozen products
  • We are not responsible for products after successful delivery

Important: If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order may be returned and additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our seafood products. If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Policy

  • Quality Issues: Report within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Incorrect Orders: Notify us immediately upon delivery
  • Damaged Products: Document damage with photos and report within 2 hours
  • Non-returnable: Products are generally non-returnable once accepted unless defective

Order Cancellation
