We Prepare Your Order

What happens: Once you confirm the order, we select the freshest seafood from our daily supply or frozen inventory. Every item is cleaned, inspected, and packaged according to our hygiene standards.

What you do: Nothing. We handle the preparation. If we need to clarify anything (like cut specifications or substitutions), we'll call you.

What you get: Seafood that's been quality-checked, properly cleaned, and packaged for delivery. Fresh orders are kept cold throughout the process. Frozen items stay frozen.

Quality control: Every order goes through our inspection process. If something doesn't meet our standard, we don't send it. Simple as that.

We Deliver to Your Location

What happens: Your order is loaded into our temperature-controlled delivery vehicle and transported to your specified location in Mogadishu. Fresh seafood stays cold throughout transit.

What you do: Be available at the delivery address. Our driver will confirm the order with you and hand over your seafood. Payment is handled at delivery (or as previously arranged for wholesale accounts).

What you get: Fresh or frozen seafood delivered in proper condition, ready to use. If there's any issue with the delivery—timing, quality, anything—we handle it immediately.

Delivery timing: Same-day delivery is standard for fresh orders placed before noon. Frozen orders can be scheduled for your convenience. We'll confirm the exact time when you order.

Common Questions About the Process

What if I need something that's not in stock?

We'll tell you immediately if something isn't available and suggest alternatives. For wholesale orders or special requests, we can often source specific items with advance notice.

How do I know the seafood will be fresh?

You'll see it and smell it when it arrives. Fresh seafood doesn't have a strong fishy odor—it smells like the ocean. If you're not satisfied with the quality, we'll make it right.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Call us as soon as possible. If we haven't started preparing the order yet, changes are usually fine. Once it's in preparation, we'll do our best but can't guarantee modifications.

Do you deliver outside Mogadishu?

Currently, we focus on Mogadishu to maintain quality and freshness standards. For large wholesale orders outside the city, contact us to discuss options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery for most orders. For wholesale accounts and regular customers, we can arrange invoicing and payment terms.
